Futurehome is the only smart home provider in Norway offering a complete ecosystem for energy management. Designing for such a versatile platform comes with complexity — but also a unique opportunity to create real impact.

Cut Check-In Time by Half

With the new owners we got a big assignment - introduce the full app subscription and convert 30% customers to the paid service in Q3. We achieved the result in less then 2 months of Norwegian summer.

One flow, multiple user types

I worked with the team to design and deliver an end-to-end flow tailored to multiple user types: with different access rights and different business relationships.

 

The work included:

  • Designing the subscription purchase and activation flow (in-app + web form)
  • Creating the paywall experience across the app
  • Mapping out subscription management UX
  • Designing user communication: onboarding emails and activation messages
